The breakfast was super with a good choice of food! Had central location very very close to the mosque. Besides, we were near to the downtown, near Dubai Mall, the Vida downtown restaurant, lovely place amazing service from Keremet and Erik, and Downtown Dubai or Dubai Mall for Meetings.

The area was quite uncomfortable.

Spacious Beautiful King Room Pool View with amazing views. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. Lifeguard Sanjaya was super attentive by the pool. All the staff were genuinely friendly.

The staff were certainly well-trained, but it didn't help when our room wasn't ready at 10am, even though they claim 24-hour check-in, how quaint. And the QR code for room service? It didn't work, of course. I almost considered complimenting the ambiance but just couldn't. It was overshadowed by such profound inconveniences.

Perfectly clean, relaxing hotel with strategic location in 1 restaurant. Extremely helpful staff, excellentservices, including GOOD choice of good delicacies. Location right by the centre of the road at 2.30 am as well as the Burj Khalifa. For tea or coffee visit Karak House nearby. Great to have an attached restaurant for dinner.

very nice spot for city walks and amazing views

The hotel is perfectly situated, with fine views of the burj khalifa just steps away, and the nearby green park area made my city strolls enjoyable. The warm service from all the staff.

really good service

Recommend it for single travelers

The service was solid, especially from the friendly Anup who took care of us during dinner , treating us like family. The ribeye I had at brunch was fantastically juicy and so flavorful , I could hardly believe I was in a hotel.

It wasn't exactly cheap , but the experience made it worth it.
